Ford Transit MK1 Pickup . This is a RHD Import from South Africa and its extremely solid. NOVA declaration has been done and all tax and duty paid. We will applyfor the UK reg on the new owners behalf. Really original old girl which starts runs and drives, but needs a bit TLC to take it to the next level.

Body - Early style MK1 transit with early grille, rear cab, pedals up through the floor. Very solid from front to back. Underneath is exceptional for its age. One rust bleb on driver side wing. Bit of paint cracking on bonnet. Overall fairly straight and presentable for a van thats been worked. The rear tub has had the sides lined with a chequer plate. Door steps , sills, wings,chassis all solid.

Mechanics - Original engine which does start and run.Will need a service and carb adjusted to suit our climate. As with any older vehicle, it will need a good checkover from front to back before being put into service. Brakes and clutch feelok. Gearbox selcts all gears. We have had it round the industrial estate, but not at any speed.

Interior - Very basic but original. Seats need tidied up.

Wheels - Standard steels. Not sure on the age of the tyres.
