1975 Ford Escort MK2 Project. RHD Import from South Africa with all tax and duty paid. NOVA declaration has been done and the UK reg has been applied for, The car is a 1.3 and starts runs and drives. It is a project but fairly original and solid.

Body - Early Mk2 Escort shell with the big hole strut tops. Good original inner wings, strut tops, sills, rear arches, pillars.Has had a poor repair in spare wheel well. Orignal front floors. Passenger side chassis rail needs a repair on a section about six inches long. Otherwise underneath its very good and not previously been botched up. Will need a lower front panel. Boot lid and bonnet are good. Drivers door is mint. Passenger door needs a minor repair on inside. Opening quarter windows. Paint will need redone as part of the project.

Mechanics - All standard 1300 running gear. Does starts and run but im guessing most of you will throw away the lethargic 1.3 in favour of something a bit more fruity. Gearstick has snapped but if your intending using this box im sure we will have a spare. Not really driven it any distance as its a project so would need a good checkover from front to back.

Interior - All standard and fairly well worn. Beige vinyl seats which have no rips but will take your skin offf on a hot day. Original headcloth which needs a clean but is useable. Dash top has been recovered poorly. Standard clocks and steering wheel.

Wheels - Original steels with tyres that are older than your grannies fillings.

This does need work but its not a bad starting point for a project. You are welcome to come and see it and we have a ramp so you can look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required. Please ask for a quote
