1984 Ford Escort Bantam Pickup. This is a genuine Ford Built Bantam pickup based on the Mk3 Escort and was only available in South Africa. Its RHD and has recently been imported. All tax and duty has been paid and the NOVA registration has been done. We will assist you with the paperwork for the UK registration.

Body - Ford built Bantam pickup. Very solid having spent its life in sunny south Africa. Good battery tray, inner wings, rear bed, doors, sills. Very solid underneath. Paint is ok but a bit worn as this was a working truck. OSR body will need a small repair as will the bottom of both rear arches at the front where it meets the sill. These are fairly minor as overall its a good original old truck. Bit bubbling on door bottoms.

Mechanics - 1300 OHV. Car starts , runs and drives and sounds decent. All standard suspension and drivetrain. As with any old car will need a good checkover before blasting down the local B Road. Loks like a new carb fitted fairly recently

Interior - Dash is the hard type dash with no cracks. Seats are useable but a bit worn as are door cards.

Wheels - Standard steels with good tyres.
